wefav is a small studio making free browser games, run by Jeff Pelton. By playing a game on wefav.com you agree to these terms. They're short.
The games are free, and as-is
Every game on wefav.com is free to play. They're small games, made quickly and changed often. They're provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. A game may have bugs, change, lose a saved score, or disappear. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages from using the site or the games.
Playing with other people
Some games are online, and some have voice chat with other players. When you play them:
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or sharing other people's personal information.
- Don't cheat in ways that ruin the game for others, attack the site or the relay, or use bots to flood rooms.
- You're responsible for what you say. We don't monitor, record or moderate voice chat, so use mute or leave a room if someone is bothering you.
- Online games with voice chat are for people 13 and older.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
What's ours
The games, their art, music and code belong to wefav and the people credited in each game, unless a game says otherwise (some use open-source libraries under their own licences). You're welcome to play, stream, record and share clips of any game, and to link to it. Please don't copy a game and republish it as your own.
If you sign up for email, we'll only send you news about wefav games, and you can unsubscribe any time. How we handle your address is in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change this page and the date at the top. Questions: send a message to @comster on X.
