FortWar is a fort builder on a planet that never logs off. You claim a hex on a shared world map, mine crystal, and put up walls, gates, turrets and a mine around your core, then upgrade them until they glow. Every 40 seconds the horde comes for it: crawlers first, then brutes, spitters, stingers that fly over the walls and burrowers that tunnel under them, and a boss now and then. It keeps coming whether you're there or not, day and night, so the fort you leave is the fort that has to hold.

When it does hold, you go on the attack. Train troopers, march them across the map to raid rival commanders and capture their hexes, or clear the red monster nests for loot. There's a season leaderboard, and a replay of what happened while you were away.

It's made for streamers, and the chat is a player. Link your Twitch channel and your viewers fight with you: !join spawns them in as defenders, !support powers a turret, !charge fills an orbital strike that the first !strike fires, and !boss names the next boss. Chat is on your side by default; turn on chaos mode if you'd rather they sent the horde. Leave the stream running overnight and chat holds the line while you sleep.

FortWar is bigger than the usual small game here: it has its own server, accounts and a world that persists, so it lives at its own address, fortwar.io. The idea is Jeff's, and it was built live on stream at twitch.tv/kiralumen with Claude Code over about a month, more than 400 changes from grey boxes to what's in the reel. It's three.js in the browser and one Colyseus server. The trailer above was rendered by the game's own renderer, frame by frame, from scripted forts. There's a Discord if you want to tell us what to build next.
